Refund policy

If you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help! If you purchased merchandise (such as shirts, water bottles, socks, etc.) we offer a free refund or replacement if the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing error, within 30 days of purchase.  

If you bought one of our DFB Guide e-books, we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Returned items must arrive damaged or with a printing error. Because our merchandise is produced for your when you order it, we do not accept returns/refunds if you change your mind about the design, size, or color. 
  • The Disney Adults book is not eligible for returns or refunds.

To initiate a merchandise return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Take a picture that clearly shows the damage to the item. 
  2. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and attach the relevant photo(s).
  3. Indicate in your email whether you would like a replacement item or a refund. Please note that during the busy holiday period, we may not be able to replace your item in time for holiday delivery.

To initiate an eBook refund:
